What is Baler Machine?

Balers are machines that collect green fodder, stubble, animal fodder or grain stalks left after cutting from the field in the form or barrel and tie these materials with rope or wire and bring them into bales.

Baling is essentially the work of compacting and packing grass, straw or straw. In other words, the herbs and stems from which the bale is made are packed with ropes or wires and used by thawing when necessary.

Balers can be divided into 4 classes:

  • According to the way of movement; Fixed / Tractor-towed / Self-propelled
  • According to the bale shape; Round baler / Square (rectangular prism) baler
  • According to the bale compaction pressure; low pressure / high pressure
  • According to the tying material of the bale; Tie with string / Tie with wire
