Pressed Mower clover, vetch, etc. It is used to cut crops and leave them in the field. 5, 6, 7 and 8 disc models are available. 5 and 6 disc models are suspended models, while 7 and 8 disc models are towed models. Spinning is optional in 5 and 6 disc mowers, while spinning is standard in 7 and 8 disc mowers.
Damage to the root of the plant due to the rotational movement of drum mowers does not occur in disc mowers. There are oval discs on the cutter-bar of the machine. The air flow created by these discs also helps to lift the flat plants. Thus, high efficiency can be achieved during shaping.
Suspended type machines have a safety mechanism in order to prevent damage that may occur during hitting hard and large objects (trees, stones, etc.). When the machine hits such an object, it moves backwards, minimizing the damage.
The suspended mower can be lifted hydraulically. Thus, the machine stays behind the tractor in the road position.
Thanks to the rubber squeezing rollers of the Pressed Grass Mower, the cut grass is notched by crushing it (without cutting it). Thanks to these notches, the grass dries faster without losing its nutritional values. The time for the farmer to move on to the next process is thus reduced. The next irrigation can be started earlier, as the lifting time of plants that produce more than one crop per season, such as alfalfa, is shortened.
