Self Propelled Feed Mixers

Self-Propelled Feed Mixers are designed for the needs of large enterprises. Thanks to its engine and milling machine, it obtains a homogeneous mixture by taking all kinds of products without the need for any tractor and loading vehicle.

Self-Propelled Feed Mixer separates the materials it collects with its milling cutter into desired piece sizes with the blades in its auger. It creates a homogeneous mixture in the ration with its vertically oriented augers. By adjusting the delivery conveyors, the operator ideally discharges the feed. The sensors on the machine can be easily controlled thanks to the indicators in the cabin. Safe use is ensured with the rear view camera. All mechanisms can be controlled from inside the cabin.

Loading of silage, bale and concentrated feed takes place very quickly thanks to the powerful milling on the Self-Propelled Feed Mixers. Thanks to its 175 horsepower engine, durable chassis and body, it easily overcomes all difficult conditions. In addition, thanks to the automatic stop function, the product to be loaded can be approached slowly and loading can be done without the need for a brake pedal. This system also provides ease of use to the operator in sloping areas.

Fimaks self-propelled feed mixers are available in 3 different capacity models. These models are 12, 14 and 16 cubic meters.

Thanks to the programmable weighing system, the operator can adjust the amount and content of the feed exactly as needed and monitor it visually. With the slide conveyor, the position of the discharge conveyor can be adjusted by the operator, so that the feed can be discharged exactly as desired. Thanks to the camera system, the operator can see his surroundings better and provide a safer use. Thanks to the reverse rotating fan, particles such as straw, dust, etc. can be pushed back and engine fan cleaning can be achieved. Thanks to the magnet, the metal particles such as wire, which are mixed into the mixture, can be drawn during discharge, thus increasing animal health.
