Automatic Plow with 4 Profile Springs, with 3-4-5-6 sockets, offers the ability to be adjusted on the profile body with a working width of 10-12-14-16” (inch). The 4 Profile Spring Automatic Plow provides an uninterrupted plow experience on stony, hardened, vegetative-covered lands that are prepared for new planting. It provides convenience for the farmer by saving time and fuel without tiring the tractor.
With 4 Profile Spring Automatic Plow, the working width can be adjusted between 10”-16” by changing the position of the bolt connections or between 10”-18” with the help of hydraulic piston. There is an independent special spring mechanism placed on each body. This mechanism contains special shock absorber springs. Thanks to the escape mechanism, it prevents the plow from being damaged by providing easy passage from obstacles on any stony terrain. Thanks to this mechanism, it is ensured that situations such as breaking of the lower group parts, breaking of the bolts and deterioration of the construction of the plow are prevented.
The nominal length between each body was kept at an optimum level, the flow of the soil was relieved, so the weight from the drawbar that the plow would give to the tractor due to soil heaving was eliminated. It is possible to add +1 body (sock) to the 4-profile Spring Automatic Plow.
