Automatic Plows have the feature of being adjustable on the profile body with 3-4-5-6 insertion (10-12-14)” or (12-14-16)”(inch) working width. The plows, which are produced with the latest technology using quality and special materials, are an important machine for uninterrupted ploughing on stony, hardened, vegetative roots and preparing for new planting. The independent special spring mechanism placed on each body allows easy passage from all kinds of obstacles on stony lands and prevents the plow from being damaged. It does not tire the tractor and saves time and fuel.
The 6-Inch Automatic Plow is long-lasting thanks to its solid construction and the use of quality materials. The plow suspension system can be connected to any type of tractor in accordance with international standards. The working width of the plows can be adjusted from 10 to 16" by changing the position of the bolt connections.
Special shock absorber springs are used in the automatic escape mechanism. It has been specially designed to prevent damage to the plow in any obstacle, thanks to its special automatic escape mechanism. With this design, situations such as breaking of sub-group parts, breaking of bolts, bending of the chassis and deterioration of the plow structure are prevented. There is an independent safety system for each body. The lower group part of the plows is manufactured in parts and it is supplied with low cost. By keeping the nominal length between each body at an optimum level, the flow of the soil is relieved, thus the weight from the drawbar that the plow will give to the tractor due to soil heaving is eliminated. It is possible to add +1 body (skull) to the plows afterwards. Its production is standard in terms of structure and construction. By keeping the chassis height at an optimum level, processing is made easy in difficult soils such as stubble cultivation.
